The Battle Barge started out as a 2004 25ft G3 LX25 Tritoon in fairly rough shape.  The bottom paint was causing issues and it had to come off in order to re surface the toons.  Once we got the paint and corrosion off we repaired the pits and filled with Metal on Metal epoxy and then sealed it with Steelflex.  Once the refinish job was complete we painted with Total Boat Aluminum paint from top to bottom.  The railings were cut down to prevent the bow risers from impacting.  Then the vinyl was replaced and the center console and T top with second station were installed. We could not find a center console to fit the T top so we made one from plywood and covered it in 3 runs of fiberglass mat and 3 coats of gelcoat.  The barge is in better shape now than the day it was first out of the G3 factory.
